After a lot of time spent on the swing set, Cookie and Grumps unveiled Lucy's birthday gift: a new bike! As you can see in the pictures, Lucy loved it!

While Lucy was out on the road on her new bike, Caroline was trying to get into the act too. It started out okay:

Soon Caroline grew frustrated with this bike. She is too young to understand how to work the pedals on her own, and she kept saying, "I do myself! I do myself!"
She eventually got off of the bike and flipped it:

| Lucy has a bike and I don't. This is not fair. |
In order to allow Lucy to continue to ride her bike without Caroline ruining the experience, we resorted to cookies. As long as Mom was holding her and she had a cookie in hand, Caroline was a happy camper.
