Reunited

There are a lot of things I don't miss about boarding school. They can easily be summed up by these two words: residential life.

I don't mean that to sound bitter because in reality there are plenty of things that we miss about our time at Berkshire. What I easily miss most are the people. We met some fantastic people while we were there, and there are friendships that we carry on even now that we are separated by a few hours.

While Steve is away, I took the girls up to see some of our closest friends from Berkshire. While there was a period of shyness for the kids, by the time we had been there for an hour it felt as if we had never left.

Noticeably absent from these photos is Keenan, Lucy's "big brother." He was so sweet about sharing his toys, entertaining Lucy, and taking care of Caroline while we were there. I never got a picture of him with the girls and that makes me incredibly sad.  Clearly that means that we MUST visit again to get that perfect photo opportunity.  Thank you to the Wysockis for hosting us.  We miss you guys SO much!
